Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care products (such as beauty and hygiene items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
